The SC allowed the Centre to recover over Rs 92,000 crore from telecom companies as licence fee and penalty. The court accepted the Centre’s contention that adjusted gross revenue (AGR) should include dividends, handset sales, rent and profit from the sale of scrap, apart from revenue from services.
