Pace of unlocking slows as new cases rise rapidly

The government has paused the "unlocking" process with fresh guidelines issued to state that the lockdown shall continue to be strictly implemented in all containment zones till July 31. The opening of schools & colleges, international passenger flights, Metro rail services, cinema halls, gymnasiums as well as social, political and religious congregations remain barred.
