Justices A M Khanwilkar, Dinesh Maheshwari and Sanjiv Khanna directed CBSE to issue the notification to implement its assessment scheme. It granted a week’s time to ICSE to make its scheme public after the Board contended that it is considering a formulation that is a bit different from CBSE.
