Sec 377: A wrong is righted, now for the rights

The Supreme Court’s verdict, which decriminalised part of Section 377 of the IPC, could pave the way for legislative reforms for LGBTQ community members enabling them to enjoy other rights, such as marrying a person of their choice, adoption of children, guardianship rights and right to inherit property from a partner.
