Rafale: Jaitley says ruling clear, no JPC probe

Responding to Congress's continued insistence on a Joint Parliamentary Committee probe, Union finance minister Arun Jaitley said that said the SC judgment was clear as every "fact" claimed by "vested interests" against the deal proved to be manufactured. He said the JPC demand was intended to prevent a discussion in Parliament which could expose Congress's arguments.
