JNU row: Kanhaiya, 9 others face sedition

The prosecution is ready to file the chargesheet in the case against 10 people, including former JNUSU prez Kanhaiya Kumar, Syed Umar Khalid and Anirban Bhattacharya. The chargesheet is likely to be filed in Patiala House court on Monday. The police have found that the formalities required to obtain permission for conducting any event at JNU were not completed.
