3-judge committee to probe plaint against CJI

A panel of three SC judges headed by Justice SA Bobde will inquire into a dismissed junior court assistant's allegation of sexual harassment against CJI Ranjan Gogoi, who has refuted them strongly. The panel has issued notices to the complainant and SC secretary general and asked them to be present before it on Friday, the first hearing on the complaint.
