J&K: Telecom links to be restored, schools to reopen

Telecom connectivity would be gradually restored from Friday night and restrictions on public movement lifted in the Kashmir Valley in the next two days, J&K chief secretary said at a briefing. Schools will reopen on Monday. He said the easing of curbs was in view of the “improvement” in the security situation in the Valley.
