‘No first use’ of nukes policy is open to review: Rajnath Singh

Defence minister Rajnath Singh’s suggestion that India’s no-first-use nuclear posture may not be sacrosanct sparked intense speculation in the midst of Indo-Pak tensions post abrogation of Article 370. India has, so far, maintained a 'no first use' nuclear policy. His statements signal that India will not succumb to nuclear blackmail from Pakistan.
