‘No solution sans Naga flag, constitution’

The National Socialist Council of Nagaland (Isak-Muivah) said that the govt has been slow in supporting core Naga issues. In a letter to the PM, NSCN (I-M) said there can't be an “honourable solution” to the Naga peace process without a “separate flag and constitution”. The 22-year-old peace process received official recognition with the 2015 Framework Agreement.
