Andrew Cuomo's matter-of-fact and slightly scolding demeanor from an epicenter of the pandemic was a stark contrast to the often haphazard and hyperbolic messages coming from Trump. Through daily briefings and scores of media appearances, Cuomo has emerged as one of the key faces responding to the pandemic.
