PM Modi and Union minister Amit Shah had spoken at length about “parivarvaad” — dynastic politics — while campaigning in Haryana. But people of the state seemed to ignore it as descendants of former deputy PM Devi Lal emerged the most powerful this time. Four members of his family won in the polls.
