Between 2 tax regimes, no one will be worse off: Revenue secretary

Explaining the rationale to offer taxpayers a choice between a flat rate and an itemised deduction system, the government on Sunday said the new income tax rates would not make anyone worse off and the move allowed taxpayers to decide which regime suited them depending on their interests.
